I have an 06 450r. Just put on a full yoshi exhaust and Kand N filter with no air box lid. Anyone know what the right jetting would be? I ride mostly upstate NY(Catskills) and sometimes Long Island.

we can guess close but to get it right on you will need to do some checking (plug chop or dyno)
prob around a 150/155 for starters, better to be rich than lean

150/155 would be really lean even for an 06.
Start in the 160-165 range
45-48 pilot
#55 leak jet (gets rid of the bog)
HRC needle middle clip (optional)

Thanks, I know it's trial and error but at least I have a better idea where to start. Will be doing it this week. Can't wait to see the difference from the stock pipe.
