valve adjustment

HELP! I need to know how to adjust the valves for a 2004 kawasaki kfx 400::blah: please help me............:)

Get a manual. It will tell you everything you need to know

put the motor at top dead center and measure the clearance between the cam and the cup on top of the valve with feeler gages. intake clearance should be .004 inches to .008 inches
exhaust clearance should be .008 inches to .011inches on each valve. If adjustments are needed then you will need to buy different shims for under the cups and they sell them in kits from hot cams or individually at your dealer
