This Sucks

As many of you know i broke my ankle and wrist a few weeks ago on my quad by hitting a truck. From the impact even with riding boots it started out as a little rubbage thing on my ankle. Then it got worse and started to turn as black dead skin and today went I to the hospital to get it checked out because hes been checking it every week to make sure it wasnt getting worse. Plastic surgeons said that I had to get surgery unexpectally today and that I would be at the hospital for atleast a week up to 3 :( The surgery went well and they ripped the dead skin off and im on some vaccum pump thing. if the skin doesnt grow over my ankle then they will have to do a major skin graph. Hopefully it grows over :( doc said he hates the quad but I said its what I love to do and I wont stop until I die.

I wish the best of luck dude. You will be fine just after this you have to worry 'bout the quad LOL. Just think of it this way. You got away a lot better than many others have before. Just try to think positive dude. I wish you the best of luck to a quick safe recovery.;) :)

i was practicing racing and was flying in 4th on a straight away, the trails were pretty thick and i seen the truck maybe 50 feet away, I had no time to react and nailed it head on. He should have never been on the trails in the first place but what are you going to do. i dont remember hitting the truck just remember seeing it.

Was it private property ? I hate the typical sue-happy people but i would sue his *** if i could after all you have to have done to fix your foot.

As I broke my Pelvis 2 weeks ago on a dirtbike and now I'm able to walk on my own without crutches..but only a' few feet. :p

X-rays show alot of skin, even an important muscle.
