Showdown In Brownstown
The battle for the 2007 Duro Extreme Dirt Track ATVA Nationals Pro Championship comes down to the final race at the Fayette County fair grounds in Brownstown, Illinois, on Friday, September 29.

Shane Hitt of Buckhannon, West Virginia, comes into the round with a slim two point lead over archrival and former series leader Harold Goodman.

The racing action is sure to be fast and furious -- the track features a high-banked 1/4 mile clay oval and a challenging TT section in the infield with numerous lines and challenging jumps.

The Fayette County Fairgrounds is just five miles from Vandalia, Illinois. The fairgrounds is easily accessible by taking exit 68 on Interstate 70 and then driving two miles east on U.S. Route 40. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available from on-site concessions. The fairgrounds also features modern bathrooms, showers, plenty of level parking and a brand-new aluminum covered grandstand.

Sign-up starts at noon Friday, with practice beginning at 5:30 p.m. Saturday morning practice will start at 8 a.m., followed by qualifying. Pro Practice will be at 5:30 p.m. All Pro & Pro Am classes will race in the evening program.
