450r cam

Hey guys, I am wanting to up grade the cam in my 06 450r...and was wanting to here what all you guys run out there that will let me keep me stock valve springs and what not. I had a hot cam stg. 1 in my old 400ex and loved it and was thinking about that one for my 450. I was wanting more power from low-mid range due to a lot of train riding. Can anyone help me out with this??

will the stg 2 in the 450 be like it is in the 400 where you have to run a high compresion to make up for the low end loss?

Nope, because the '06 and up 450R's have hi compression already. 12:1

look for a 02 or 03 CRF cam. The 02 is supposed to have more bottom than the 03, but i am running the 03 and i couldn't even imagine more bottom end...
