fcr help

i have an fcr on my crf hybrid when the motor isn't running the carb opens and closed fine when i fire up the motor the throttle is stuck anybody ever had this happen thanks for any info

Check that the slide plate (i.e. "vacuum release plate") is installed correctly. It's easy to accidentally install them upside down. I don't know if that would cause your problem, but it's something to check--especially if the carb was recently apart.
