If you guys are like me and sick of cheap grips slipping off, gluing them and cutting them off.
I highly recommend these clamp on style from ODI. They cost more but are worth every penny!

do they still slip/spin on the handle bars, between the clamps?

No, there is a solid tube under the grip and the clamps tighten that down to the bar. They are a little larger Diameter then normal grips, which I like and is more comfortable...unless you have little girlie hands! LMAO

I am so glad you posted this. Those grips came on my C-dale and love them. Best grip I have ever used by far (as far as standard style glue/wire on grips I prefer Oury). I did not know what kind they were. Now I know. I'll be putting a set of these on my R once the Oury's need replacing.

maybe for you. i happen to love the slightly larger diameter of my oury's. however when the glue breaks and they start twisting i get annoyed. i may look into these. :)

If you like Oury's, you'll love these. They have that same soft/sticky feeling. They are much easier on the hands especially on those long rides with many whoops as compared to normal grips (non-Oury). I have found them to be fairly durable also.

Yeah its a good thing for me and to all my fellow riders who have tried them. .
I've been riding bikes, sleds, atv's for over 20 years, and this is the best grip design I have ever experienced. They fit like a glove...sorry for the pun.
I never thought a grip could make such a difference...wow.
They do have a couple different designs also, and 2 different lengths.

ODI locking grips are simply the best in my opinion. They are WELL worth the $20. Also they last a lot longer than most grips.
i put a set on my 450r about a month ago, i haven't had the chance to try them out yet though

HMMMM. Intersting. It is tough to tell what type of clamp the Oury's use. Looks almost like a zip tie, unless that is just part of the grip and the clamp isn't pictured.
Also, on the link you posted for the Oury grip, there is a small box on the right side that shows the Sette claimp on grips. I didn't know those existed either. If you poke around on that site there are several lock or clamp on style grips.
Apparently I have been living in a hole. I didn't know all of those were out there.
those ourys look like they use the same clamp style as the odi's...it is a pretty slick design. i am just surprised it took these companies this long to come up with this

They originated this design for Jet Skiis because they would get wet and slip off.

Those on my Dale have Cycra wrap around hand guards. If I get a chance I'll snap a pic and post it.
