A lot of the parts are either new or have 2 races on them. I built the bike this summer from a basket case and just can't get what I would like to for the bike as a whole.

Yes, it is an MX axle which I assume is up to +4.

i need a stock length axle can you make it stock length?

Yes you can. You position the spacers outside the hubs to make it stock width.
