Hello everyone! I've been a member for a while now just never really posted anything. So here is my Quad, 2005 TRX450R.

Oh, Some of you may know me as Ripper, since that is what I go by everywhere else.

Oh, I get it dirty and have no problem beating the piss out of it. Just that when you have that much wrapped up in a quad you tend to take care of it. I throughly clean and change all fluids after every ride.

I am getting my head ported right now, and getting the Kibblewhite Valves (+1 on the exhaust), Kibblewhite HD Spring set. I am also switching to 14.1 compression from 13.1. Figure if I am paying for the race gas I am going to squeeze it as tight as I safely can!

Nice quad, man. How do you like the motowoz shocks? do you ride mostly trails? i currently have a set of elkas std travel elkas (revalved/resprung by gtt). but, i'm not happy with them. i think my stock c&d rebuilds perform just as good.

Best shock I've been on yet! I have it set up for MX. I was not very happy with the GT Thunder's bottoming out. That is why I made the change. Now my rear GT shock is great, haven't had a problem with it or anything to complain about. But the front motowoz being as good as they are I am pretty excited about the rear!

man this is a sick bike. how are the jd performance a-arms and motowaz shocks workin for ya?

mspoho

The JD's are incredible, Third set I've had and every time the welds are 100 percent perfect.

Motowoz, best shock I've ridden yet.

The thing with both of these companies is that they are small enough to have a personal relationship with there customers. I know I can call either company and talk to Dave or Jim.

Very nice man, I hope that when Honda puts EFI on their 450 I am going to buy one after all the bugs are worked out and do mostly the same stuff but I am going with JB Arms and Swing Arm and PEP ZPS shocks but I have never riden on Motowoz or know anyone that really has them but PEP is the best I have riden. But anyways that quad is beautiful and I like the White!

Steve,
When I originally setup the hood on the template I noticed that it looked stealthy myself. Figured that'd be a good name for it, plus you know how I like clean looking products, so that just goes along with my intentions..

Mine is an 05, I just wanted the white plastics and 07 was the only year that offered the white kicker plastics.

all you need is the 06-08 head light and the Fourwerx hood to make it work with the 04-05.

If Jay could get his hands on a bunch of 06-08 lights he could sell the whole thing as a conversion kit.
