I just picked up a CT slip on for my 400... They recommended a 165 main Jet since I have an open air box and K&N. I was just wondering. When I re jet do I have to take of all the sides, tank cover, and pull the tank to get to the JETS.

To do a main jet all you have to do is take the bottom bolt out of the carb and the first thing u see is the main jet. unscrew it wit a 6mm socket and put in the new one. also on the bottom of the carb is the pilot screw turn it accordingly to your instructions.
