I have this Hp photo and imaging thing that came with my camera. When you click on the picture there are options for editing, in which you click on re-size and then have to bring it down to under 500w x 330h pixels.

I always kept getting the "file size too big" error message, and then had to shrink them down.

If I figured out how to do it, anybody should be able to!!!

Andyman17dad
10-05-2007, 07:41 AM
the black plastic is sweet.......as long as you are just building a show quad and plan to keep it in the garage or just do some paved flat trackin'. Otherwise, one race and it is all scratched and messed up. It is alot of work to keep the black plastic looking "show quality"

power wash-soak with Simple Green-let sit for 10-15 min. or so-powerwash again-dry-spray with PlasticShine

Do not use WD-40 on black plastic, it dulls it! (ESPECIALLY Apex plastic, the DRR plastic takes it better, but still dulls some)

kenjolly
10-05-2007, 07:49 AM
If you want to bring back the shine use silicone, trust me.

ask gary he uses a case a week now.

Full Throttle00
10-05-2007, 09:58 AM
CS 1 has been a winner for our black plastic.
Spray it on, leave it overnight & wipe off the next day with a microfiber cloth.

Also for really bad plastic, I used a heat gun very carefully to bring back the shine of really scratched up plastic. Just keep moving it around.

You can also paint it. Have a few sets we are testing out and have been performing great.

Thats actually common I guess...Are you using a photo host?? If so, thats probably the problem...
When I post pics from my Pbase gallery, I have to type in the URL ".jpg " at the end before I post the pic in the IMG box .
I guess its cause the site that hosts your photos are constantly moving things so it can appear then dissapear wich will give you the red X.
Again, his is only if your using a host to show your photos.
Otherwise, might be the photos uploaded from the computer is too large maybe??
I finally got pics of BOTH my rugrats at the same time this wk end.

Photobucket used to do that to me all the time, thats why I dont use it anymore.
Not sure why it does that .
I guess just resizing and uploading straight from the computer works best.

Hope to pick the new Honda up this week…….. pics coming soon.

Man if he was a few years younger I think his new quad would be coming from Gary Fallon I wish they would have had DRR’s five years ago. lol

New guy here (been lurking a couple years). Bought a 90 early this year for my 8 year old, and then a 50 a few months later after my wacko no-fear 4 year old rolled the eton 3 or 4 times trying to take the corners too fast. Can't be happier with the bikes. Here's Ethan my 8 year old

thanks etondaddy! Gary helped pick out the right quad for my son and put me in touch with Dusty from cheatermotors. Dusty did a great job setting it up and helped me with delivery..my daughters quad i had dropped-shipped from DRR early this year.. im real happy with the new 50 wc for my son. we went practicing and i could tell right away he got alot more confidence than he had on his polaris with cornering and jumps

I'm wondering how much for the country boy nerfs??:D :D  LOL
I am glad to see that cuz that's what my son would rather do then buy the new XFR's(I just didn't want to be the only one). Why I don't know, but it is a lot cheaper.

Congrats on your first race little man thats always the hardest thing doing something for the first time . We would like to book a show with the caped wonder in August do we need to supply jumps and stuff or do you bring your own equipment . O K this is not my kid but I have to show her off , she is one of our HOT QUADS race team members representing us in Hawaii. this is Allyssa Perriera, we sold her this 07' MACH-1 DRX 90cc about 1 year ago, since then she has dominated mini quad racing in her area. this is a pic of Allyssa making the 31' jump at Parker ranch mx in Waimea, Hi. We are proud to have her our team.
