Shock Setup.

ATTENTION! Anybody using stock suspension on Honda's 450R, and rides; whoops, sand, berms and off-camber stuff. I would really like to know what your shock settings are. Front and back including, preload, compression & rebound please. Tell me what setup you like best.

everyones suspension is going to be set up differently to suit their riding conditions and style. do a search theres plenty of threads on this site that will help you set up your suspension. basically youll just have to play with it until you get it to where you like it
