PWC help

I just purchased a 2004 seadoo RXP with supercharger with only 5 hours on it. When I put the lanyard on, it beeps 3 times at me..... I think this is a way of signaling to the rider there is an issue. Anyone else have this same watercraft and can help me out??????? I'm hoping it's the fact that it's not past it's break in period of 10 hours.

normally thats not a problem, its just signifying its on. our boat does the same thing when you put the key in it.

yea thats normal its just kind of a warning to let you know the key/lanyard is attached

2 beeps- trouble code
1 long beep- program new key
