The spacer between the bearings inside? The carrier should already have it installed.

yep, what JOEX said...just slap some grease between the outer bearing and the dust seals, grease up the grooves on each side of the carrier, slide it in your swingarm, install the axle and locknut, grease the zerk and you should be good to go..unless the grease fitting is the kind you can't get to from the outside...then just grease it before you slide it into the swingarm. If new...used may be a different story.
