Jet kits

I have a 99 300ex with K & N, 400ex carb, and hmf full exhaust. What brand jet kit works best?
Does anyone have an idea of what # pilot and 2nd needle i'll need?

dyno jet kits are good, personally i just stick with keihin jets, it keeps it more simple and you dont have to change the needle or use the adapter for the main jet...
