jetting

I just bought a 04 450r about two weeks ago. I was wondering what i should jet the carb to. It has a 190 main jet in it now from the previous owner. It also has a big gun full exhaust, HRC cam, and no air lid. I run it on the 1/8th mile drag strip. It pulls good through 3rd, but 4th and 5th it seems to drop off a little. Could it be too rich. Just let me know your opinions.

try a 175-180 and see how it runs

190 does sound fat for this time of the year. Drop down 1 jet size at a time and see if there is any power increase.

But remember jetting doesn't affect performance per gear, it is based on throttle position.
