I am selling both of my 2005 450rs. They are identical except for the engine packages. If I cannot sell them, they will later be parted out. The first bike is my current race bike. It has fewer than 10 hours on the bike. Only a couple races were put on it this year. I will be keeping the Hipers and Flexx bars off of both bikes and will return them to stock.
ENGINE:
This engine is a 500cc 12.5:1 wiseco kit. It uses wiseco's own modified cylinder for the extra displacement. It has a DASA ported head with kibblewhite valves. It uses an HRC cam and full Alba Exhaust. I have installed an oversize Fluidyne radiator to help ensure adequate cooling. This engine is the strongest motor I have ever ridden yet extremely smooth and controllable. I have just installed new clutches and UNI filter is cleaned/changed every ride.
SUSPENSION:
Complete GT Thunder suspension package including Arms and Linkage. Valved for 180lbs XC.
MISC:
Houser +1" Steering Stem
GPR Stabilizer
Magura Hydraulic Clutch
IMS Pegs
IMS Nerfs
IMS Tank
IMS Bumper
Maier Plastics (no cracks or breaking) with Alba Graphics/Seat Cover
PRM Belly Skid
PRM Grab bar
GT Thunder Chain Discs and rotor guard.
450R #2:
The other bike is identical except stock bore and head with new cylinder and JE 13.5:1 piston. Shocks just rebuilt, Stabilizer just rebuilt. Everything in great shape. Well taken care of.
That is all I can think of at this moment. Well into 15,000 invested in each bike. Willing to travel some to help sell. Located in Barbourville, KY. Asking $8,500 for the 500cc bike and $7,500 for the other. Both are without Hipers and Flexx bars. If interested it is best for me to e-mail at kevinpatterson400@earthlink.net.
