Hellow fellow motorheads. First post here, many more to come.
Question: I have an ESR 310, 9 porting, 11 pipe, 38mm on race gas. I just bought a 38mm Mikuni that has supposedly been converted to alcohol. It has one of those power jets in it.
What are some other things to look for before I put it on.
What size jet would be "close enough" so I don't blow my engine.
Is it worth converting? I need all info on this. (I have searched and read for days)

you will need a pvl ignition so you can bump up the timing.

I got an ESR ignition ordered. I already have the adjustable counter balancer bearing holder. Is this ok enough?

Im going to start another thread on alcohol/meth injection thats more specific to what exactly you need.

Now im curious as hell to how to do it hehe!

The ESR cr ignition is the way to go, PVLs are good for banshees but they don't have a cdi to adjust the timing, so CR is the way to go.
