Will 400ex rear fenders bolt right up to my 99 300ex? Has anyone put these on theirs?

My bro is running a 400ex rear fender with his stock 250x seat. He had to drill some holes in the 400ex plastic for the studs to go through from the 250x seat. He also had to drill a couple holes for the fender support to bolt up right. Theres a couple places that need to be shaved down under the seat on the plastic so it will sit on the frame right. The stock 250x seat latch works as well. All in all its VERY easy to get to work. All you need to do is drill a few holes and shave a little plastic off. Looks nice to. He's running a whole 400ex plastic setup.
