how do i adjust my cltch so it catches quicker,,,,right now it catches at the very end!! and when i pull it all the way in in wont freakin move, the wheels lock,,,,,so i push harer and it ends up the wheeles sliding, now that clutch sucks..any suggestions?

slide the rubber boot back and adjust the round spinny locknut (Thanks BEAN) adjust that spins on the perch and it will tighten the cable
