Just bought a used long travel front suspension package from East Coast ATV consisting of Elka LT comp adjustable shocks, Laeger LT +2 A-arms and s/s brake lines. Transaction went smoothly and shipping was prompt and packaged nicely.
Once I opened and viewed the pieces I was a little disappointed in the condition and immediately contacted them about it. Shawn from East Coast ATV was unaware of their physical condition and apologetic as he hadn’t seen them before shipping. He was very receptive to my resolution proposal and went out of his way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. We agreed upon a $$ amount to help effect repairs and the monies were transferred immediately.
It’s customer service like this that brings repeat business and I feel compelled to recommend them for any ATV parts purchases.
