Difficult to turn when when not moving 04 pred.

It's become very difficult to turn the handlebars when Im not moving, and It's getting worse. Does anyone know what's wrong.

Need to check the ball joints they had a problem with them keeping grease in them

also there is a rubber bushing and grease fitting on the steering stem mount just under the bar clamps.Maybe somthing is bound up in there or somthing.

grease the lower bearing and the upper bushing on the frame where the stem mounts. also, check to make sure nothing is bent/tweaked. even if you haven't wrecked you might have bent something in there.
