Bike's easy to push back, just plan accordingly so that you dont nose into anything.

a 400ex is easy to push back ... just pick the nose up and toss it a few times

Fast quads don't need to go backwards.

haha yeah its not hard its 350 pounds its easy put it in neutral or hold in the clutch. but if its your first quad? then when you get good you'll just do a donut and turn around or you wont get stuck in the spot in the first place

exactly...since i have not had reverse(about 5 years now) i have needed it about 2 times...once was a t a poker run when i was in line waiting on some people...every time i would get off the bike to back up to go around the little teeny bopper on the big polaris sportsman ahead of me would back right up to me again...that was the first time...i guess that was the only time

I'am 27 and only weigh 120 lbs and I never miss reverse.I just don't get into those situations,or if I do I find creative ways to get out.

ive had no reverse for 3 years. never had a situatin where i needed either. and i ride trails. its pretty easy to throw around the ole fo hundy. the way i see it, reverse is just an un-needed luxury.

If you had reverse, you would use it. You've all simply learn to live with out it. I have it and use it a lot. Turning a 380 pound quad around by hand on a dead end trail would get old real quick for me.

Reverse can be helpful, but it is not needed. In time you do learn to make it so you don't get into situations where you need it. And if you do, its not to bad to push the quad itself... well most of the time:ermm:
