sorry to have to post this but i paid for a pipe and piston over 2 weeks ago...no parts,no e-mails and a disconnected phone...at first i thought the guy may be having some hard luck but he is back on this morning trying to purchase stuff.....contact me and send my stuff or a refund and i'll remove this post.........

This needs to be posted over in the main category also if someone could move this,, because I sent payment on 8/21/2007 to this Brandon Smith I have not recieved anything else yet either.. He sent me an email last week stating that my stuff had been sent somewhere else he had it now and had sent it to me... he gave me a tracking # and today it showed up as delivered in Conneticut.. I Live in WV.... I hope he is honest enough to fix this problem.... Its people like this that can ruin a good thing.....

he didnt get my stuff shipped yesterday but assured me he would ship today....who knows,if i get my stuff i'll be happy......he may just be busy and doesnt understand that a business deal should be handled promptly..i know i called him twice and even called him when the money order was sent....

blasterkid i could take your advice but he's 2.5 hrs away my time and fuel would exceed what i gave him..i think i will eventually get my parts or i will eventually run into him somewhere....i race fairly regular with his cousin so maybe it will work out....

I got ahold of Mr. George today.. (It was Mr. Smith the last time I talked to him...) and he assured me m stuff was sent out yestereday.... If you go to switchboard you can find out another address and phone number for him.. Although I reached him on his cell.....

if after 2 weeks and still nothing and hes half asssing around on response i would make a claim with paypal so he either has to return u the money or send ur stuff, but make it a claim before it gets to late and only contact him through paypal so all your emails to him are noted on paypal

That is good advice! I've had very good luck when I've had to make a claim through Paypal. Make sure you stay on it and they should get you your money refunded. If you made payment with Paypal.

He got me as well! scumbag! I bought a bunch of stuff from him and only got one thing that I actually wanted and a bunch of crap he took out of a garbage can after a race or something! A box a sh*t basically! Thanks DW your the man, I hope you feel great about yourself!
