When my 400 is still a little cold and I am in like first or second gear with the throttle at a constant speed, the bike cuts out or sounds like its not getting enough fuel. It mainly only does this when its still a little cold and at a low speed. Can anybody tell me what they think?

uhhm the bikes struggling and its nearly at idle so it stalls because the clutch is disengaged?

Is the choke on? Jetting issue perhaps.

It has nothing to do with the clutch I know that cause the clutch is already disengaged. I think its something to do with the accelerator pump or something cause it will do it in neutral too when I hold the throttle open at a constant low rpm.

PILOT CIRCUIT ISSUE. my friends does the same thing with his stock pilot jet in it. mine does not do it anymore because i put a bigger pilot jet in.

The plug looks great, actually. I bought this bike from a friend who didnt ride it for months so it had old fuel in it. It doesnt anymore but I just thought the carb needed to be cleaned or a bigger pilot jet. I heard the bigger pilot jet will cure the bog when stabbed at an idle too. What size pilot should I get? I have a hot cams stage 2 cam, WB slip on and a k&n with airbox lid on if that helps.
