will 400ex a arms fit on a 300ex, if so what are the advantages Bill

you should have no problem making this work. You will need the longer 400ex tie rods, or build your own like I did. And also get on Diamond J Customs website. They have an awesome relocator to use the 400ex shocks also. We have built a bad 300ex that we now run on flat track. But before we lowered it, it was an awesome trail/mx bike.

The 400 ex gives you about a +1.5 set up. and it sure beats paying 400+ on the +2 arms.

Did you change the back axle after you got the A-arms? if so what axle did you use.

I did the 400ex a-arms and shock swap all blots right up, besides the shocks you need a relocate bracket, i put a 250x axle on wich is a lil wider than a 300ex. im gettin a 350x axle soon because i bent my other one.

We used the +2 G-Force axle. It is fully adjustable from stock to the +2. We found it is every bit of the quality without over paying for a Lonestar or an RPM.
