well i went up to drag race at a local track... and i didnt do to bad, i beat three rounds and got beat by a ltr in the fouth, dang those suzukis, haha. it is et times too. so that a slower quad gets a head start, here is the best time slip i still have,

dial in 8.40
reaction 0.502 (yeah i know that was a bad start)
MPH 58.82
Final time 8.579

and this is a 500ft race track, its not to bad for a mildly modded 450r.i have better times just my friend has the time slip.

oh and i screwed something up when i ran my practice for the 4 stroke open. but owell, we will see tommarow.

so what do you guys think?

i dotn know if this counts but we have one down here at the street drag strip with a snowmobile engine in it. thing easily runs 9s in a quarter

Last time I went to the drag strip, i took my 440.

Asphalt in the 1/8th it ran mid 9's at about 66mph

But what amazed me was some guys on banshees. One of them had a 1000cc Gixxer engein in it, another had a tripple clylinder engine, and the two thers were just some badass twin cylinder banshees.

I think the tripple cylinder shee ran a 5.79 at 135 in the eigth.
They guy riding it probably didnt weigh buy 115 pounds, and they were set up for nothing but drag racing.

I wish i could have gotten pics. It was insane to watch them run.
I raced him one time, he let me go and I was at halftrack when he came screaming by me like i was sittting still....:blah:

Im going to assume. It isnt 1/8th mile, becuase it would take a 10.5 outlaw or even a pro mod car to run a time like that in the 1/8th mile.
