if im going to race a 250r should i extend the swingarm or will it be fine to just leave it alone.

what year is your machine?? what type of racing

If you are running Mx and you have an 88 or 89 then stock legth is perfect. If you have an 86 or 87 then Getting a -1.25 is the best to get. Extended swing arms are usualy only for drag racing.
