i have about 3/4 an inch of slack on my thumb throtle. can anyone explain to me how to adust it, or maybe make a little drawing on paint. help would be apprieciated

I believe you back the cable off it should make the throttle tighter..Your talking about then you push the throttle right? Because my throttle moves up and down

yeah it pushes in 3/4" before it starts to pull the cable

Loosen the lock nut and adjust the cable out. Its under the rubber boot where the cable meets the throttle housing. Adjust it when its warmed up. Right when the idle starts to pickup, stop.
