I recently bought this carrier from a member here and yesterday when i went to put it all back together the rear brake hub will not fit into the seal and the same for my sprocket hub.Its like if i were to pull out the seals i would be able to use the carrier but that's not right any suggestions or ideas on why its not fitting properly?I would really like to run this carrier, also this is a twin-dual row carrier right? well any help is greatly appreciated this is just weird why my stock brake and sprocket hubs wont fit, wrong seals or something could i possibly get new ones?

my rad was teh same way i tapped them in with a rubber mallet and it seals it up and fits around the hubs.

were your hubs hitting were mine hit? cause if that's the case i will try to hammering them in again cause i tried once all ready and they just bounced back.but they seemed like it would go if i would of cut a little out or worked the hammer harder and thanks 250x_kyle.

When I installed a new carrier AND axle I had to pound on the axle pretty hard to get it go completely in. With a piece of wood on the hub of course;)

Is the sprocket hub actually hitting something?

I had the same problem...sounds like you need a bigger hammer... it will seal. It's meant to be a tight fit to keep the grease in there and water from not. And you are correct, that is a twin-row carrier.

this carrier didnt work so its either not for the ex or ...i don't know I've had it though...ive spent hrs trying to get it to work but all the pounding still didnt work.I got the sprocket hub almost all the way in but it will not budge any more causing the brake hub side to come up short, by this i mean the axle splines for the axle nut are not showing when i tried to pound the brake hub on it to will not go any more and I've had it with this carrier. Can anyone point me in the right direction please

Hmmn.... Wrong carrier? Did your axle fit in your old carrier? What your old carrier stock or was it aftermarket as well?
