is anyone else having problems having their front plastic pop out of the little slots. i have tried to readjust the plastic with loosening the screws and moving the platic. by the way it the plastic that goes around the tank. i cant loosen the bolts that are under the seat because the dealer stripped them out.

i have the same problem. It helps a little if you bent the front mounts down and forward a little.

I had the same problem when I first bought the quad awhile ago, but none so far now. HMMMM, I don't why that is. I did however change every factory fairing screw out though with some stainless steel nuts, bolts, and washers though.

This may be a dumb question, but is this just stainless nuts, bolts and washers like from Lowes or Home Depot?

this sucks, because I've never had one problem with my fairings after I had switched all the nuts and bolts and super tightened them. Sorry it didn't help you.
