Heres my new mx bike, i picked it up in march bone stock on its 3rd tank of gas in mint shape, anyways ive been building it up since then got a JB/pep front end, jb stem, SF racing rebuilt rear shock, dg nerfs/bumper, baldwin pipe ect.. still needs a few things like beadlocks and a stabilizer but i love the way it handles what do you guys think?

Nice quad. I wasnt a fan of white on the 450's but that looks awsome one of the best looking white ones I have seen.

Man I could of not of built it any better. You got the best front end out there beside the houser ST that I like. I wish i had a quad that looked that good, love the white!

Ohh and also i forgot to ask. Are those rear rims and tires a pretty decent size for mx? Any idea if they make turf tamers that size becuase I want to get some little tires for my stock size douglas rims for a extra in case my beadlocks blow or something.

Tys400 i really like the pipe, its not so dang loud! they made it a little quiter cause of the ama noise rule, but i like it.

RoadRidin450r the rear tires are 18in on stock wheels, 18in is deff what you want for MX, but most people like 8 inch wheels, i just threw some tires on the stock rims to save some cash. But yea to have an extra set around is a good idea, thats what these will be when i get some beadlocks.

Did you buy the front end new? If so let me know how much the a arms and shocks cost ya becuase I may be going to long travel sometime soon.

they are factory honda fenders, you can get them off ebay for like 340 shipped with the factory decals on them

i bought the shock brand new they were $1170 from SF Racing, thats standard PEP pricing for 8 click LT (no rebound adj) with the piggy back clamps, the a arms i bought used, but should have bought new cause i ended up getting new PC and bushings/balljoints and spent more then if i had bought them new:rolleyes:

but the JB arms are like 825 i think? you can find laegers on ebay for a little cheaper sometimes theyre pretty much the same thing.

Alright thanks for letting me know becuse if I ever buy shocks and a arms again they are going to be new and I wanted to know what that set up cost you because I have heard it is about the best besides laegers pro trax lol.

right now im racing the GA/TN night series, they switch off between tunnel hill and the mountain mx in tn, also have a small practice track in my buddies back yard, thats about it though, pickins are slim in ga, and seems like every time i turn around another track has banned quads.

Yea its deff a great front end, cheaper than some of the high end (walsh, gibson, ect.) but still works great. and the PEPs you can save alot of money buy not getting rebound adjustment because they set it up pretty good for you and most folks dont need it anyways

Yea I would love to try a laeger Pro Trax front end becuase I heard they were the best made. I rode one on a 250r and it was like a car with pep shocks but I know how it would be like on a 450. The one thing I want to know is if they are the best front end becuase I heard your just buying the name with walsh becuase they arent the best.
