View Full Version : Custom Axis Front Shocks

These shocks are on my 250R, but they can be used on the 400ex, Z400, or 450R. I haven't used them on anything else, but I've been told that they will work ok on the other machines. Check on that yourself if you plan to use them on something else.

The shocks will come with new 240 pound main springs (from GT Thunder) for a 180 pound rider in XC racing/trail riding. They will also include 300 pound main springs that will work well for MX racing. They have been serviced recently, and are in good shape.

They have dual rate springs, remote ressies with compression adjusters, and rebound adjusters.

These work very well. They don't have many hours on them. :D

how much time would you say they have on them? has gt thunder revalved them?

GT Thunder didn't revalve them. He checked them out and said that they didn't need to be revalved. This was a couple of weeks ago. These have about 5 hours of use since they were serviced.

I'm selling because I need money for another project.

Are these still available? What do you they measure eye to eye? That is a 250R Standard Travel correct? If so, I will take them. PM your paypal information.

Standard travel. Approximately 16 1/4" eye to eye.

I have them out of the quad now. They will include the rezzy clamps and rubber mounting blocks.

Yes. It has about 5 hours on it. It is a generic Daytona brand stabilizer. The steering post clamp was made in our machine shop at work. It isn't real pretty, but it works fine. $45 shipped.
