I guess what I am asking is.. Will this 02 CRF cam fit into an 04/05 450R? Does the CRF cam have basically the same specs as the 06/07 HRC for the 450R? let me know on this?? Do you take Paypal?

To answer part of ur question, it will fit into an 04/05 bike, I use one in my 05.
Great mid range cam.

Though I don't know if its similar to the 06+ HRC cam.

So it is a mid range cam and not a low end like the 06 HRC??
