painting fenders

when i bought my bike i got a set of old front and rear fenders. I want to paint them orange pretty much just because I'm bored and like building and painting, stuff like that. Any tips on how to go about doing this the right homemade way.

Your gonna have to get some kinda paint with a "flex gaurd" i think is what its called, So the paint wont just flake off when the fenders are flexing and what now.
