Anyone have any experience running trails or XC races with these tires?

i love them, they spin and slide easy, so they worked great on my blaster that needed to spin to keep the rpm's up and on the pipe. they spun, but they are hard to ride with or uncontrollable by any means, and when they are hooked up, they get great traction

my 6plys were very good to me.....dont see too many people running them nowadays because of the new trends, but i definitly recomend. i rode over some pretty crazy stuff and they still never punctured

Been running XCR 03 for a few years now and haven't had any trouble with them yet.
Very strong sidewalls and light weight.

I'm still using the 02 xcr's, They are awesome tires. I had a set of the 03's, I didn't like them as much. They are also wearing very good, I rarely use them now, but I did use them alot and they are at ~70%. Riding on the street and hard clay soil kills tires quickly. I rode in mostly mud, sand, clay and in mx tracks with them.

Yea i have had nothing but good experience with those tires. Excellent choice for the money and very good puncture resistance. Also i would opt to go with the larger diameter version, it gives really good ground clearance on the rear end. Great for the trails!
