The Badlands located in Attica, IN has about 700 acres (woods, hills, mud, sand/gravel, and now an MX track) is $20 per day.

Wildcat Creek MX which consists of a single MX track and held a WPSA pro race this year which is 10 min. east of Lafayette, IN is $20 per day.

Haspin Acres in Laurel, IN has several hundred acres, two MX tracks, and a dirt drag strip is $15 per day I think.

$15-20 is fair forsure. I wouldn't complain. Sometimes people don't understand how much work it takes to upkeep a track or riding area in the run of a year.

The most I ever paid was about 1 month ago at Moutaineer Mx in WVA. The track was awful. We had been there back in Nov for a Tucker Rocky sponsored ride and the track was great. I don't think they had touched the track since then. So my point is, $50 is too much for no track prep, or watering.......

for the races its 20 bucks to get in, 25 to race, and 20 to practice. I pay for it all myself, and i race everyweekend, it sucks. hahah Oh well, welllll worth it!

Happy Hollow, in Ohio, is $10 a day. They have a large and small MX track, 500' drag strip (dirt), and 100 acres of trails and hills. Open to practice anyday that doesn't have a race scheduled.

This place also has SOCCS harescrambles, $10 to get in and another $20 to race.

I can see 25 for a race w/ a gate fee. but to just go ride trails, no way, unless you have a big area to ride.
bad lands, haspin acres, places like that.
last time i went to st. joes park in MO it was 5 and that place is very big!!

Luckily for me, Wisconsin has hundreds of miles of state trails. Just pay the registration fees and your good. The backroads up by my cabin up north all just got approved to be ATV trails! You can basically take your ATV anywhere.

One area that I ride in is in a 125,000 acre section of county (Langlade) trails.

Westpoint, TN is somewhere around 6000 acres. They charge $60 per year, per family. I don't think it gets much better than that.

Man you guys are gettin ripped off.

St. Joe State Park is $3 all day, used to be $2 that'll get you 2000 acres of sand flats, mud, woops, prarie, and then prolly another 1000 acres of trails that go to where we got lost for 1 1/2 hours last ride, and you get 2 beaches to swim on.

Horse ridings cheap.

Camping is like $8 a night

Very, very, very, long bike trail that goes around whole park, free.

you guys are lucky those places prolly pull in enough business to have low prices and land is cheap so they can keep low prices. last year the nearest track to me raised its prices to 50$ a day unless you a member then its 25 a day. this is for 2 tracks one intermediate and one expert along with a kids track

I ride there twice a week if not more.. 1/2 the time I have my wife and kid. Yes $15 is nuts. Are you able to ride the advanced track? It was near perfect condition on Sunday. The Intermediate track needs some work, but I think they'll eventually get it tilled and watered enough to keep it moist. the landings on the new jumps are short!

i pay almost 17 for my orv sticker that allows me to ride 1000's of acres of state land for the year. most tracks i go to are 15-30 a day. to me that is cheap. an acre of land is a minimum of almost 20k, and say you build a track(small track at that) then you would need the equipment to keep it up(bobcat for 10k used) and then before you know it your gonna get shut down for noise and dust. in my eyes, if i had to pay 50 a day, it would be justified. the tracks we all ride at have pretty steep insurance costs, property taxes, business taXES. just my .02

Little Sahara sand dunes;) 7$ one day thousands of acres. That sounds like the best bang for the buck to me.

in my home state i refuse to pay any thing to ride or hunt on some ones land!!!!! I have lost several good hunting spots because of this!!

I will how ever help land owners maintain land, make trails, plant food plots (even buy seed), build tree stands etc. in return for access to there land!

I will donate my time not my money!

I will pay some one if I am out of state.

Wow, some of you guys are really lucky to have such cheap and even free places to ride out in the mid western states.

I own the Breezewood Proving Grounds MX Park in South Central Pennsylvania (Breezewood). I charge $40 for a one day pass on the weekend and $25 for a one day pass during the week, multiple day passes are cheaper. We have 3 full size motocross tracks that we groom and water daily. There is a small 4 mile woods trail along with indoor and outdoor pitbike tracks. Our Price may seem a little steep, but we provide several amenities such as a clean shower house with hot private showers. Bathrooms, a dining hall that serves food and a place to sit and eat. We have camp sites and cabin rentals with great views of the tracks.

Its very expensive to open and to operate a park. Equipment, insurance, mortgages, labor, materials just to name a few of the costs. Our park spends roughly $200,000 per year to operate.

You can check out the park at www.breezewoodprovinggrounds.com

can't find a practice track within 300 miles of where i live that is less than $25 for the day and that track isn't that great its $35 for the open practice the day before our races and $15 to get in the gates on race day with $40 fees for each class and a $10 late fee if you register at the track instead of sending in your paperwork ahead of time and the only truly decent place to practice is mototown and they want $75 a day to practice there
