Bad Wreck

I was practicing for a harescramble sunay up at a friends farm with my brother,cousin anf friend. On the first lap on 1 of the trails some guy in a truck was coming towards me on the trail and I was hauling *** so I had no time to react. It's tuesday and im still in the hospital typing with 1 hand. I broke my left wrist and foot. My quad is pretty trashed to. here is some pics of me, i will get pics of the quad if i get sent home today.

thanks guys, im waiting for physical therapy to give me my walker then I am out of here. my dad said my subframe is tweaked, handlebars trashed, nerf bars snapped, clutch lever and cable broke, plastics cracked, shifter snapped and a little more i cant remember. btw the bruise on my eye is from my goggles on the impact:eek2:

Yikes man hope you get better soon. I had the same thing happen to me, someone drove onto one of my trails on our property in new hampshire with a truck and almost creamed me, luckily I was able to swerve outta the way, and then practically dragged the guy outta the car by his hair. Needless to say, he won't be coming back.

Man that blows...Hope ya heal fast and keep on tearin' it up.:( Hopefully your quad is feasable to fix. I mean it sounds like it ain't completely trashed. Well a "little" money will fix it I suppose. LOL.

I was hauling 3rd gear up a hill and a truck came into view, obvioulsly I'm like "WTF" went left and missed the bumper by about a foot at the most, I was pissed.

bike is replaceble just be thanful you got out of it fairly easy could have been much worse good luck with the recovery

Ah man that sucks. i know how u feel with the wrist. i was in a cast all summer. i had to get surgery on mine too. Hard cast for 4 weeks and soft cast for 2 weeks. so my whole summer was basically gone.
