02 400EX Carrier - what will interchange?

Hey guys, in the process of rebuilding a 400ex...seems like every time I turn a corner there's something else catastrophically wrong. I was just wondering if a ATC or TRX 250R, ATC or TRX 250X, 250EX, 300EX, or 450R carrier might possibly fit. Also would like to know about the sprocket hub. When I took the carrier out, I discovered no bearing on the left side and half the sprocket hub is chewed off. I'm not trying to break the bank...I'm FAR over budget right now...looking for a cheap used one on ebay, AND I need it before next weekend. BTW it has a Dura Blue axle...prolly won't matter, but. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the 250r carrier will fit,but you will need to use your 400ex caliper mount.

250r and 400ex use the same carrier, I have seen it listed in many places and been told so. 86 atc250r carriers work too, stay away from an 85 atc250r carrier, its smaller.
