I should be there.

Does anybody know if they are going to allow us to camp at the track. It sucked arriving at park hills at 10:30 only to find out we couldn't camp at the track.

Thanks! I told her I was really proud of her for just finishing and not getting mad. She said someone faster was coming and she knew she didn't want to go that way but she wanted to get out of the faster guys way and that was a bad idea. LOL Sunday she raced in Iowa had a crash and broke her clutch lever. They got it fixed but her back brakes went out. She ended up doing 3 laps with no back brakes and a tie rod that was bent all too hell. Couldn't hardly turn it when I went to load it in the trailer. She was quite the trooper all weekend.

Sounds like she is having fun. She was running in my son's class. He said he followed her for a long was on the first lap, said she was riding good.

We are not planning on being at Tebbets but we should see yall again at Park Hills.

I THINK IT WAS ME SHE WAS MOVING FOR, I THOUGHT TO MYSELF DONT GO THAT WAY, I REMEMBERED THE BIG MUD HOLE THERE IN THE DITCH WHEN WE WERE WALKING, I LOOKED BACK BUT THOUGHT SHE STOPED AND BACKED UP. DOES HER BIKE HAVE SOME BLUE ON IT?

Johnny & Monica

A little red and blue on the graphics.

SMR what is your sons name? I don't know if they are going to make the last Park Hills race or not? Taylor has a volleyball tournament that weekend.

Ya she's not scared. That 300 is just so heavy in the back end that if she gets stuck she has a really hard time getting it lifted up. She rode an electric start 450r this weekend and now she's working on her Dad. I guess she'd have to move C class next year if she breaks him. LOL!

Holden. Farmington was his 2nd race. We plan on racing the series next year. Normally I run Midsouths but they will not let him race so it looks like we will be driving to Missouri next year...:D Yall really have a good series, (I do like plaques better than trophies though.)

Holden will be 13 in Nov so we will most likely run some GNCC's next year also.

i didnt get to race but i worked the scoring trailer and it looked like a fun mud race! sorry for the delay on the start, the promoters running the race were thinking it would be scored like a motorcross race. so we had to reroute the tape to make the quads go through the scoring trailer right. all in all just a few blurbs and we got through it ok. later

He was hauling out pretty good according to the results. Too bad he didn't have more races in this year he would have placed good for the year in the class. How old do you have to be to race at the midsouth? And don't forget about the new series they are starting in January too.

thanks..I was really nervous for him at first but now I'm much more relaxed. He has really gotten the big head since he noticed his first lap was faster than mine...:macho

I noticed that also about the end of year awards, I wish we would have hit more races. OH well, it's all learning. Next year will be his year.

When the AMA lowered the age for 300cc machines I tried to get Scott (midsouth top dog) to lower the age at his races, he will not do it. A lot of people run the midsouths much younger than 16 but they have to lie about thier age.

He does do it for the dirt bikes. A 13 year old can race a yz80 in the beginner class, or any other class that isn't an age class.

Don't get me wrong, I like the midsouth series. Scott has done a lot for the quads over the years, we now have quads at every round and we even have our own day in Maplesville. However, there are things I like better about Missouri.

# 1 they suport youth racing.

# 2 they race the quads on saturday (parking is sometimes crazy at a midsouth race and it sucks getting out of there at 6pm on a cold Sunday night)

# 3 contigencies for the quads.
