05 400ex stock front end like new

This is off my wife’s bike. She is not a jumper likes to climb hills and ride dunes. The only reason we are changing the front end out for long travel is because she just underwent a major knee surgery. So we are trying to do everything we can to mellow things for her. Both shocks and a-arms are in 9/10 condition. $300 obo

does it come with brakes and hubs? 300 sounds a little steep for aarms and shocks..
