yeah, dirtwheels dosnt mean anything, but i think the yfz is better than those other 2!( not that ive ridden the other 2, but they are ugglllly, you can change performance but you cant change the look of them using the stock plastics that is)

although i do feel strongly that the YFZ is the best 450, i dont put any stock into what dirt wheels says...

i like it... sparks is a great pipe, but its a little more top end oriented... the thing is with the sparks as far as i know, that it puts out more peak HP, but it robs from the bottom to mid to get there, so its faster but not quicker... my main concern is being able to pull the hill fast...

i was torn between the sparks and HMF...

yea i would have went with HMF...had it on my 400ex before the yoshi and still run a s/o on the 300ex. just really wanted something different that i didnt have yet. could have saved a little $ if i woulda got the hmf also :scary:

seems like in the dunes you would want all top power though?

if you cant get to the top end you cant use that power!

the sand puts a lot of drag on the bike, and racing on the hill you need a good mid range too... depending on the hill, sometimes you will only go as fast as you are coming out of the whoops and entering the climb... so that quickness to get out and get to a good speed helps a lot...
