well here she is, running great now, no problems, i got about 300$ and i would like to know what i can do to squeeze a little more power out and make it look alot better... im looking to keep stock suspension/swingarn aarns and the tires r ok to... i ride trails so i dont want it any wider

its got a big gun evo rev box... so i might get a cam, but how hard are they to instal? what do i have to take off

Depending on how much you ride and the trail conditions you may want to think about saving the $300 for new tires, looks like the current ones are getting a little worn. It's also nice to have some money saved for replacement parts in case something breaks or if you have a little mishap;)

Just something to think about:)

well first i would take the headers off and clean those up. put a K&N in there and get a dynojet kit.get some full plastics too.

i have a k&n filther + its already jetted... just pops a lil on decel ever sence i "fixed" it.. i think the 2 washers that go to the needle are in the wrong place.. o well no biggie

Some popping on decel is ok but if it does it alot then you'll want to turn it out to richen the mixture.

Do you know how many turns out it is right now? If you're at 3 to 3 1/2 you'll want to up the pilot jet.

Are you still running without the spark arrestor on the silencer? That may be what's causing the popping.

yea wb e series with no spark arrestor is pretty open

it has the sparky, just no plates, idk what it was at before, im an idiot and just screwed it in, took it out 3 turns.. if i go in half a turn it will richen it a lil wont it?

The spark arrestor is on but no discs?

Turning in the mixture screw leans it. Turning out the mixture screw richens it.

the wb e-series was designed to be run with at least 4 discs...that puts it to stock performance, but with less, i could forsee a decrease in performance due to lack of back pressure.

that could be part of the popping problem.

and i agree with joe, seems the tires will need replacing soon...

also, it is not a good idea to just go making changes if you do not understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. "because someone on atvriders said it is works well" is not a good reason. most of the replies you get are from little teeny boppers that make a change from the seat of their pants and it seems to increase performance when all it actually does is decrease perfromance.

ok well, i see a rebuild coming now... i thought it had power, untill i road with my buddies z,kfx,dvx in the pits, alls they all got r slip ons, and there the same slipon i have, and they climb bout 3 times as high as me, myn bogs down after about 100ft, so idk.. im pissed, its smoking blue some to so i think oil getting passed the rings, the sprocket stripped lol, and the rotor warped.. so idk ill have some new stuff on the way

man i thought you would have better luck with this one. tons of problems like your 250r. i fell for you though man i know how it my ex is getting a top end rebuild and then some.

atleast this one dont get me standed anywhere, haha it pulls me home... chain slipping, smoking and carb falling apart internally, and i still get home lol..
