i finally trade in my kfx400 for a 07 ltr450.i got $3850.00, for the 400.i called and asked the dealer if they had any 06 left at the discount price(my friend just bought one)he said we dont but ill sell you an 07 for the same price $5900.00.so i loaded up the 400 and now i have my dream quad.finally.so i thought i got a good deal?

that is a good deal i got my 06 discout for 5655 but i got the extended warrenty for and with tax i paid like 6800 in the end

Same here, also be careful rumor is 07's have weak cases.

thanks.ill have to read up, on the cases.no matter what im just happy to get a ltr.i love the height it sits at i can finally hit some corners with some speed and not worry about the body roll the zs have.their a great all around bike, but the ltr feels allot more comfortable to me and smaller.

Sounds like you got a real good deal. I wouldn't worry about the 07's having a week case. From what I have read they have narrowed it down to a bad batch of cases and most have been taken care of. You may still want to invest in the shift pin relocator kit just to ensure you dont have a problem with that. Good luck and have fun!

i hope so.im deff going to get the shift pin relocater, and all the other basics.im very pleased so far.little wide to load in the bed of my tacoma, but it fits.i have'nt got to jump it yet.im new to the WA state and looking for some new ride spots, once i get a day off work, im going to check out a local mx orv park.thanks
