Syracuse vs. Waynoks

Has anyone been to Syracuse yet? How does it compare to Little Sahara? It would only be 1 more hour further than Little Sahara. Is it worth making a trip?

Anyone know of any riding areas in the Amarillo TX area other than the canadian river?

I went to Syracuse a couple weeks ago. It is good riding but I still consider it a day trip right now. They are in the process of building showers and camping spots. The ridng area is huge. Once more of it gets cleared off with riding it will be awesome.

A group of my buddies went there over Labor Day weekend. They said it was a nice place to ride, but they will hold off on going back until the vegetation is cleared out a bit more. I think once the sand is clear, showers are done, and electricity is in the campgrounds it will be an awesome place to ride. I hope to head out there later this year or early next spring just so that I can sya that I was there before it was "finished".
