I bought a 03 400ex about 2 weeks ago and am new to this forum i was wondering if anybody has any tips on how to make the rear fenders less flimsy or maybe i am just missing some part. pictures would help also.

you could be missing brackets.. if you are.. i never had that problem so i dont know what to tell you..

i would take a pic for you.. but my quads all in pieces.. if you look under the fender.. there should be a black bracket that goes from one side of the fender to the other.. hope this kinda helps answer one of your questions..

make sure that black brace is still on there for one. usually after some rough use and years the plastics just tend to naturally sag... kinda like a nice rack on a g/f.... you just need to get yourself a new one when they do that. lol :D sorry i couldnt resist.:rolleyes:

well in the pic u can see how ur missing on of the little bracets or metal peices... like th metal bar one, and just see if ur missing and parts/bolts/ bracets... and u should be good
