Sounds like a nice bike for a good price, but a high compression piston?????? On a 2 stroke?

There is no such thing as a high compression piston on a 2 stroke

i may have read this wrong, but I order all my parts from "Motosport Outlet" , and next to the Vertex Pistons, i thought it said Hi Comp, thanks for correcting me, i am working on the pics...

It may have been the gaskets and/or a mis print.
