What pipe is this?

Traded my KFX400 to topdogjosh last week for his 250R. Can yall tell me what kind of pipe this is, it has no markings on it that I can find.

cpi maybe. what did the guy you traded with say it was

He said it was a FMF but I aint ever seen one that looked like this, it does have a FMF silencer though. The guy he got it from told him it was a FMF.

looks kind of like a FTZ i've seen before. But i'm not sure. Its definitely not FMF.

At first I was thinking it was a CT Racing big bore pipe but you mentioned FTZ & looking at it more looks just like FTZs work.
Another thing, never been able to use an FMF silencer on any CT pipe because the CT stingers are bigger OD than the connector ID on the FMF silencer.
Still might could be a CT if the silencer was modified.

Any FTZ I have been around has had a stinger larger than a FMF silencer as well, I would guess dyno port or something custom coned.

hey Matt, Have you thought about putting an ad to trade that pipe on the for sell or wanted thread in this forum? I know you said you wanted it to hit more at the top. This would probably be your best bet for an even swap. Good luck and enjoy the bike.

I may try to do that, but im gonna wait till this winter. I thinking about tearing it down and repaiting it and changing some stuff up on it. I got it home a rode around here and it didnt take me long to realize that I was stretching the gears out to long at your house, it works a lot better when I short shift 1-4. After I figured that out this thing is awesome out here on these dirt roads and trails around the house. I guess you hadnt got doped up on a bunch of pills and went for test ride yet. Get that leg fixed up and let me know when you do get to ride it
