a-arm sleeves & bushing replacement??

Hi, my buddy want to change the sleeves and bushings in his a-arms. What is the best way to go about this. I ryde a 400EX and do my own work and will be doing his.

Any advice will be appreciated. Dont wanna start and then something gose wrong and my budy wont be able to ride this weekend.

Really easy
Is it a Raptor? Take the front bumper off for access/removal of the bolts, then the bolts should slide out and you can remove the old bushings from the arms. You may have to 'persuade' the bushings - use something like a long metal dowel, or an old bolt to tap them out if they're stubborn.
Grease everything up, reassemble, and VOILA - you're tearing up Grammaw's lily patch again.
