my friend with a 250ex wants to get new tires and wants to know which are better.

he will be riding in soft sand and hard packed dirt depending on season and some snow.

klaws hands down. They never wear out. I raced an entire season of XC on them (about 20 races) and then i just sold them to my friend. They still have about 60% life left.

ive never had klaws but i can say that my razr's are SWEET they hook up where u want all the time and my cousins have lasted him for a LONG time, and he rides alot of roads.

i say go with the Klaws. i have Klaws in the rear on my 250r with Razr's up front. i've had the Klaws for around 2 years now with barely any wear. They hook up great on the MX track as well as in the woods.

Razrs, i feel that 20 races and 60% left is bad my stock tires would still have perfect tread if i didnt ride on my drive way and do burnouts on it all the time

I still am curious to know if getting tires .5 of an inch bigger will make my front end lower if it isnt already. I ride mostly woods with occasionaly mx type riding. I have 20" fronts and I want to get 20" razr rears. Will this make my 400ex front sit lower? right now I have the stock tires that are 19.5"
